My approach to therapy is as unique as each of my clients. I see therapy as a collaborative process; you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support tailored to your unique story, needs, and identity. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I work with you to find an approach that feels good for us both.
At the heart of our work is a relationship built on safety and comfort. My priority is creating a space where you feel supported, heard, and valued. From that foundation of trust, we’ll navigate challenges, heal old wounds, and unlock new perspectives that lead to lasting change.
You can expect to be met with warmth, a sense of partnership, a few stupid jokes, and a strong belief in your ability to grow. My (virtual) door is open for you to feel welcomed, affirmed, and supported along your growth journey. All of you is welcome here.
As a marriage and family therapist associate, my passion is supporting clients to build and nurture strong and healthy relationships.
» I help partners deepen their connection, navigate conflict more constructively, and strengthen emotional safety in their relationship. In our sessions, that might look like learning clear communication tools, having a neutral third party help untangle where wires are getting crossed, and creating new emotional experiences that rebuild trust and closeness. The outcome is a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and resilient.
» For individuals, I support clients in navigating relationships with family, partners, and themselves. This ranges from self-confidence and overthinking, to past family hurt, to the challenges of modern dating, and everything in between. We’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, a stronger sense of self, and growth in the relationships that matter to you.
» With premarital couples, I aim to help build a strong foundation for your future together. We’ll strengthen communication and conflict resolution skills, and have thoughtful conversations around common sources of marital stress. From this, you'll gain a shared sense of readiness and a toolkit for building a healthy, lasting marriage.

In “real life,” I enjoy spending time in nature, most often in the form of going on walks or picnics. In my free time you can find me testing out different hobbies (currently attempting ceramics), rewatching a 2010s sitcom, or patiently waiting for the Cat Distribution System to choose me!
