Accepting New Clients!
Supervised by Dr. Erica Carpenter, LMFT-S
My approach to therapy is as unique as each of my clients. I see therapy as a collaborative process; you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support tailored to your unique story, needs, and identity. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I work with you to find an approach that feels good for us both.
At the heart of our work is a relationship built on safety and comfort. My priority is creating a space where you feel supported, heard, and valued. From that foundation of trust, we’ll navigate challenges, heal old wounds, and unlock new perspectives that lead to lasting change.
You can expect to be met with warmth, a sense of partnership, a few stupid jokes, and a strong belief in your ability to grow. My door is open for you to feel welcomed, affirmed, and supported along your growth journey. All of you is welcome here.
